By ordering from Lamore, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. These apply whenever you order products from our website.
Product & Service Descriptions
Orders will only be accepted and processed with valid delivery details.
All prices are displayed in Naira (₦).
Packaging will be in our customized shopping bags, unsealed unless otherwise requested.
A product order form will be included, which you are expected to sign after payment and return to the delivery personnel.
We try to display colours accurately on the website; however, actual colours may vary due to camera flash. We always state the true colour where this applies.
All items are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if a product is unavailable and may offer an alternative of equal value.
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it no questions asked.
Cancellations do not affect your standing with us. We will continue to honour and process your future orders as expected.
Delivery
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund.
Returns must be unworn, in the original state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Full refunds are issued provided all items are unworn, undamaged, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of goods being received back, directly to your bank account.
No cash refunds are available.
Reservation Policy
We do not reserve orders.
We operate a strict first-come, first-served policy.
